Mr. Bachenheimer is Managing Director, Real Estate Origination for Obra Capital. Prior to joining Obra in 2024, Mr. Bachenheimer spent 5 years at Pangea Mortgage Capital in a similar role and has over 25 years of real estate experience in the United States. Throughout his career, Mr. Bachenheimer has completed over $2.0 billion of structured debt transactions. He has a diverse background of experiences having worked in multiple capacities in the real estate industry as a lender, real estate consultant, appraiser and asset manager. Mr. Bachenheimer graduated from the Michigan State University.
