Brett Lipsky, CFA
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr. Lipsky is the Chief Financial Officer of Obra Capital. He is also a Senior Managing Director and a member of the firm’s Executive Team. Prior to joining Obra in 2023, Mr. Lipsky was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Saluda Grade. Before that he spent 14 years at KLS Diversified Asset Management, serving ultimately as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. At KLS, Mr. Lipsky was a member of the Investment Committee, Risk Committee and led the Finance and Control Group in building out their infrastructure and reporting capabilities. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lipsky held various roles at Centerlight Capital Management LLC and Archeus Capital Management LLC. He began his career in Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Lipsky earned a BBA, with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting, in 2003 from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He is a CFA charter holder and a current member of NYSSA.
